So I've been sticking in this rutty rut for a while now but i've finally, FINALLY gotten out of the whole 8st 10lb thing...I weighed myself at about a quarter to five this afternoon and i was 8st 9lb and 4oz. thank feck.
It's hard to not give up when so many people are so much better than you, without even trying. It's funny how choking's a comfort when you're keeping yourself from crying.
